Dinafem White Widow Auto

I've started a White Widow Auto back in june and it's coming along pretty well so far.
I've had to start LST on it due to having a very limited height in my grow.
I'm using CFL bulbs in my grow
40w 6500k
23w 2700k
20w 2700k
I've no intake or outake for fresh air but my grow is close to a window so that helps a lot.
My growing medium is 60/40 grow bag soil and perlite.
Any tips for this strain and in general?
I've successfully grown 3 Fruit Autoflowering and 2 OG Kush Auto both Dinafem genetics, but got very little yield, the smoke was amazing though Any other info needed I'll be happy to supply it
