If those tiny white spots have a very slight webbing over them they are insect eggs. If not, look under the leaves for eggs anyway. The big white spot is probably a drop of water hitting the plant in full sun, looks like a sunburn spot. Water magnifies the light.
I wouldn't worry to much I see this occasionally could be a many a thing... keep and eye and if it starts to spread take this to the infirmary for the AFN doc's to have a look
thx guys, my experience so far has been 1 sweet mango last year, there was a few different insects last week including tiny catepillars, i sprayed with neem oil and seems to be working nicely
