Indoor Which light should I flower with till harvest?

Hello friends, happy holidays.
I have a gorilla zkittlez autoflower going.
She is a 3 gallon fabric pot with 100% coco.
She just went past her 6th week almost week 7 in a few days.
I had her under a viparspectra 450w light which is about 200 actual watts.
When she started to flower I switched to a 150w hps.
I have always seen and been told that hps is better for flowering.

So my question is in your opinions, should I keep using the 150w hps or switch back to the 450w led light?
I am growing in a small tent, so I cant use both.

Personally, if heat is not an issue, the hps would be my choice. If the temps are too high, then the viparspectra. I think there are one or two guys on here that use or have used it. Not the greatest, thus I lean to the hps, more tried and true.

Yea heat is no problem at all with the hps light.

I tend to agree that the hps will likely give you better results if heat isn't a concern. While I use led I have used hps in the past and outside of bulb changes and heat and well power draw a bit I guess they grow really nice flowers and I personally think would outperform the other light which I have known people who personally used very similar light and based on that and my own experiences I think the hps will be a better option currently.
