Indoor Where does the seed go?

I was thinking for my next grow to put the seeds to the side of their pots.
Yet I don't know if this is a good idea and/or if it's bad for it's roots.
Normally you put a seed in the middle but my closet ain't that big and I still want to do a little LST'ing to really get every cm filled.

If you want to lst, planting off to the side is a great idea actually. Something I really wish I had done on my first LST grow.

I have no idea where anymore, but I've read in more than 1 LST guide that it's A-OK!

I have done that before with no problems when I was "canin" it the HAZEY way.(tied the head down to cause the other branches to be higher then the top to get lots of heads) worked fine .. https://www.autoflower.org/f52/hazy-canin-autoultimate-26469.html#post563732

It will work just fine. Roots will grow to fill available space as the root tips can sense where to go!

It will work just remember roots travel to moisture so u will need to water more in the empty area
