New Grower When to put seeds under light?

Howdy y'all.
I'm sure this question has been asked a million times but I'm still unable to find a anweser.
When do you move your seeds from the DARK warm germination stage to the lights on stage?
Currently I have just a little white stalk sticking up out of my rockwool. No leave or anything.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Gezz tell me a month ago I would have been stressing about a 2 day old plant and I would have laughed!!!

I put my seeds under the light before they germinate and leave them there until harvest ... others wait til they have been out of the ground about a day ...

The second they start to break the soil surface get the light on them.
