New Grower When can new seeds be planted?

I have posted this question twice in different forums but have not gotten an answer from anyone in several days of trying.
So again:
....I have some hermie seeds.
How do I dry them?
When can I plant them?
Do they have to be refrigerated?

They drop out of my girls when I collect after hanging. They have only been dried with the flowers at this point. Do they require additional drying? Is there a time to wait before planting? Does anyone know the answers to these questions?

From what I've read on this forum and elsewhere - they're fully mature if they fall off the bud, they should prob be dried gradually with the buds, they won't have good germ rates until they're at least a month or two old, they'll be prob more likely to hermie then their parent(s) and you probably don't need the fridge unless you need to store them long term as long as you have them someplace dark and dry to store them.
