What's wrong with super auto?

Hello this is my friends super auto and it seems to have some kind of deficiency or issue that i cannot figure out what it is, I even looked up charts for deficiencies. It has been growing fairly well and is a little stinky but sometimes seems to be off with it. It has faded white blotches on the leaves and the leaves are beginning to wilt and die from the ground up. What is wrong with this plant and is there anything I can do to save it?

I'd say she is a bit hungry. The variegation of leaf color (the lightish blotches) looks like genetics to me, but I am no expert.
