Whats the best time to harvest seeds?

Hello AFN,
I'm new to breeding and AFN, here is my first autoflowering breeding attemp and would like some advice on when to harvest and best drying technique.
This lady is 60 days and transfer pollinated 10 days ago. Female is Betty Boo and male is Lowryder#2
Here is my setup info:

Strain: Betty Boo and Lowryder#2
Pot: 3 gal Air Pot
Medium: Soilless (Promix #4)
Environment: RED Star LED Grow Room
Lighting system: 400W LED, 3 watt diodes from RED Star LED Grow Lights
Extraction fan: 6” inline duct fan w/carbon can filter
Intake: 4” inline duct fan
Nutrients: Botanicare, House and Garden, Foxfarm

All help that you guys can offer will be greatly appreciated.

That's well past the ideal window but if it took and you want mature seeds I don't think u can harvest them before day 85

try to pull a seed from the bud, if its mature you'll know it, brown

There's no way you pollinated at 50 days, those are seeds that've been growing for some time. Some are even starting to break out of the calyxes.

Okay, My dates may be off by a week or so.Thank you for the advice AFN. I will let you know how it goes in about 20 days.

I am no expert by any means, and I am here for advice as much as my giving input. But does that mean that a female with seeds takes longer than a female without?

I am looking for seeds that yes are brown, and the seed pods are peeling back from the top of the seeds, is this sound reasoning? Would the Flowers and seeds be on the same time clock as far as maturity level?

Will seeds continue to mature if some of the seeds are done, and maybe the lower branches not being done?

seeds need at least 4 weeks from pollination to mature. The longer you leave them the better.

Well crap, I got no problem, these things been got there share of pollen pretty early I think, even before I tried doing it, lol, not sure but that would put them on line to be done when the flowers are done, give or take.
