Hey! Okay here's my deal, Im a vet and i think this is the best medicine in the world. I got half a photo grow under my belt, its going good right now. Ive decided autos are the future and wanna get some put in my 6 sqft 400W cfl grow area. I would like good beginner strain info, and also im curious, if you dont harvest an auto and leave it will it turn hermie and start making its own seeds?

Ill post the questions again in a dif thread if its inappropriate but either way im really excited to get some experience and advice from the best on the web :Cool:

Welcome to AFN HH, first thanks for your service. There is really no beginner strain, they are all cannabis and most all are going to have their bumps in the grow until you have a good handle on what you are doing. I will tell you up front, to me, autos are quite a bit trickier than photos. I have grown photos and there is a learning curve to autos. As far as the hermie question goes. Most all strains will hermie if stressed enough. Not harvesting will not necessarily cause one to hermie but it could. You definitely wouldn't want to use those seeds if it did though as they will be more prone to hermie the next time and with less stress. Your best bet is to get good quality seeds from a seed bank and use them. There is a section on creating fem seeds by using Colloidal Silver, do a search and you will find it. There is also a section called New Growers, that I would suggest you spend some time in reading the stickies. They will give you a good base to build from. Best of luck.

WOOT WOOT another VET in the HOUSE..:tiphat:WELCOME TO THE AFN ARMY..ty for volunteering AGAIN :High 5::X's Evil Laugh x:If you want something that I have found simple to grow try the Dragon Master Seeds and the Buddha seeds..I have grown from both of them and the dragons are great smoke and I forgot to water them and they did just fine!..If you want to go BIG and try a few different strains then get the Buddha mix pack no bad ones in it and good price...With autos if you want to have a good run read ..read then read some more..stick to a plan..and ask for help before try stuff on your own..wait for an answer..LOL Just things to get ya started :styles rasta:Member PM button does work:smoke:
