Maybe a silly question......but your ph leads me to think you growing in coco ?

Hm....

Your Coco is DRY!
Water it every day, and twice a day if you can.
The growth pattern is kinda weird on that right hand plant..
What light are you using?
PPM is fine. better off work with EC cuz that's what most ppl do and will have better answers for problems.
Stabilize your ph as well all you need is 5.8
If they XXL they gonna go a long time 90-120 days... u can keep the veg nutes until they sex and even a bit after that, my blackberries showed sex on day 21 but didn't even start to stretch... I started bloom nutes 4-5 days after first sex signs..

I had one Northern Lights XXL she went on for 110 days and I think sexed around 30 days so that's what I would expect at least and I don't think they're stalled mate, they need more frequent water probably (dry coco is bad)... and they will perk up

I don't see pre flower, but in lieu of no close up pic, you can always start flower nutes when vertical growth stops.

I normally do veg till week 4 then switch to bloom a+b
Thus is week 4 bit

they dont seem to be growing anymore
I did suffer from over water
I was going to feed with ph water then switch to bloom in next feed
