Kind of a weird question, but I just love the look of compact broad leaf Indicas.
So, I was wondering what is an Autoflower strain that has extremely broad leaves?
Share your experience with different strains - the broader the leaves, the better.
Again, call me a weirdo, but the look of my plants is important to me. I also prefer smoking heavy Indicas.

I want to grow an Auto that looks like this: :smoker:

I don't want to grow an Auto that looks like this: :bummer:

I like mainly indica dominant cannabis and I've only grown 5 autos so I don't have a lot of experience but the biggest leaves by far for me were fastbuds lsd-25

Although not that broad the red dwarf from Buddha seeds is my favorite so far out of about 6 years of growing autos. This one pulled 4 ounces for me with organic soil and only adding water the whole grow. I vegged in a 2 gallon pot with roots organic that I added steer manure and lime too tell day 25 or so if I remember than transplanted to a 10 gallon pot with my bloom mix in the bottom 1/2 of the pot. This plant grows like this with no topping. Its about 24" tall and wide. The skinner leafs are more of a sativa trait and I have found that mix of both sativa and indica gives a better auto than a pure indica cross. For some reason the pure indicas don't crystal up as much for me as a good cross. A nice looking plant is great but what you put in the jar is the most important thing. This strain has also had the densest buds I have ever got from an auto too. The wife says its on par with the photos I grow.

Thank you so much for your replies, guys! I really appreciate that you are trying to help me with my weird request.

I was browsing the internet, searching for the broadest leaf Autoflower, and I found out that 24 Carat by Mephisto Genetics has really broad leaves and looks like a brutal Indica. Awesome! Those beans are on the expensive side, though, so I am still searching for cheaper alternatives.

@Joe383, that's a little monster you have grown, especially considering that it was a soil grow and that you only watered it. Respect.

Hey just to let you know about @mephisto it may SEEM like their beans are a lot but they ALWAYS give you more than you pay for. I ordered 14 beans and got 31 then I ordered 3 and got 12. Just got to the mephisto customer service thread lol its like 100 pages of people sayin how much they got hooked up. Their beans acutally come out to be like 3 or 4 bucks US a piece I think

That is awesome, Derek. I think I will order 1 seed of 24 Carat and maybe the Mephisto guys will send me an extra bean. The strain really looks phenomenal.

They will send you one or two or maybe even three, like for real these dudes are doin things right from start to finish. I could honestly tell you why these dudes are successful from a breeding standpoint and why their strains are all so frosty but we would be here all day lol. Just trust me they are the besttt seed company for autos on the planet by far and away and it is not eve close. I mean seriously just check out the mephisto sub forum and you will not find ONE single bad thing sad about them or their plants, all are just spot the fuck on. @mephisto is how breeders should do things for sure

Been growing mephisto autos for awhile and be liked the traigle kush broad leaves on it ,grew a toofless alien to that was indica Dom as well ,grew out a th seeds northern hog auto that had broad leaves mixed with slender afghan leaves witch a lot of people confuse for sativa but landrace affys got leaves like dat pure indica .

One thing I like about the red dwarf is you can get it in a regular seed and make more seeds. I don't know how stable the F2 off spring will be or if the seeds are even F1 that I am getting but the strain has been very stable for me and consistent in fem form. A lot of the stuff I grow is either a regular seed or available in regular so if I want to breed with it later. I try to avoid stuff that's only available in fem form.
