What are these things?

Taken under a 54x microscope
Two of the three plants with these are fine but the other shows signs of what we're guessing is broad mites but don't know forsure (droopy, plastic looking leaves, odd growth)

Those look like termites or something it looks like you have a lot of wood in your soil. But i don’t know for sure

This is Fox Farm Ocean Forest
Yeah I just saw that in your smoke report for the sour crack. I don’t know what they are one of the biggest complaints I have ever heard about FF is that they have bugs.

These look like springtails to me which most people feel are harmless to our plants..although in extraordinary larger numbers they can start to eat roots, if they bother you, predators can be purchased to hunt them.

Here is a video of some close-up springtails ;

Those are called predatory mites. They are in almost every soil.. Some can be seen easily.. Some are too small to see well..

This actually isn't my grow. Posting for a close friend as I have the microscope. This is his first grow. That Sour Crack was my 3rd successful grow.

But thats interesting about the bugs. I'm trying coco next batch

Interesting, so what do you think would be the cause of the droopy almost plastic looking leaves on the one plant? Could it just be completely unrelated?

Would need to see the plant... If this is an indoor tent grow, then it would take an absolute infestation to get to the point that mites or soil bugs are causing plant damage or illness. I've rarely seen a soil bug issue that serious in an indoor grow. I'd look into other things first.

Thanks. I appreciate the help
