Indoor What am i doing wrong?

Hello.
I just made small stealth grow box:
Height: 100cm
Lenght: 35cm
Width: 35cm
Grow light: 200w Led Panel
Passive Air Intake
2x12v Air Exhaust Fans (130CFM total)

All good till this. But there are problems with plants.

Plant leaves are just drooping and yellowing.

Plants are in 5 liter containers; at week 2; no nutrients added yet; Biobizz Light mix soil.

Any ideas?

Do ypu know your temps and how much/often are you watering

Temps are around 22 degree celsius when lights on and around 18 celsius when turned off.
I watered 3 times now (1st when seed was put in the soil and 2 regular waterings when top of soil turned dry).

I'm not an expert in this area at all.... your temps are ok light height seems a liiltw low 3 watering in 14 days isn't over doing it I wouldn't suspect.... the bio bizz light has very little nutes and your plant is yellowing and very light green.... I can't really tell what your problem would be but IF IT WERE MY CAB. I would give them a light feed with dechlorinated PH 6.5 water max the light . With all your other conditions Ok It look like they need some N

Bro your lights are way too close for such a young age. Most people who grow in small cabs start off with 1-2 CFls since they can be inches away from your plants with out doing any stress. then once they hit week 3-4 they switch out for the higher powered led. Is there anyway you can take that light out and get a few Cfls?

LEDs are supposed to start off about 2 feet from seedlings in the pic they look about 12inces from the tops of the plants move the light up a foot if you have room to do so if not head to Home Depot and snag a couple of cheap cfl (spiral bulbs)

What i found at home:
4x32w (128w total) 2700k CFL
3x10w (30w total) 6500k CFL

How far from plants should i hang lights?

This I am an expert in lol..... I run led now but I started out with cfl and t5... a cfl can be 1 inch from your plant....BUT .... since magic suggested your led was too close I would start @ 4 or 5 inches... give those girls a break. Give em a feed. Then once they green up and begin more new growth move em in close. The cfl can grow good pot but using the light correctly is key.... and in your short cab it will help keep the plants smaller and bushy instead of reaching up to the top. With cfl they don't penetrates very well so SURROUNDING the plant with cfl if possible is cheap and very effective
