I have a quandary.

I will not be near my garden for 3 weeks from Jan 24- Feb 14. I can have a neighbor come in to water but I don't want to make anything complicated for her nute wise.

I can buy some photo clones now, veg for 6 weeks and when I return then flip for 8-10 weeks of flowering.

I can plant the auto seeds I have now and use veg nutes for 3 weeks, then when I am gone have my helper use the C4 and base and then on to final PK weeks and flush when I return.

I won't be in dire need of creating a new harvest.

Any input anyone?

Or option three is to get photo clones now and only veg for 3 weeks before I leave, then we can flip to 12/12 and feed them just C4 (Mills start of flower nute) and then when I return they will only 4-5 weeks of final flower stage.

I'm telling ya, it's hard to think, plan and type at the same time.

That Bloody Skunk is Bloody Good! I may have to stay with autos just so I can get the Devil Cream going.

WPOD - forget 8 week autos man. I'm letting mine all go 11-12 weeks now. You can't listen to what you read either ( I know what I just wrote *LOL*). I just finished Fruit from Dinamfem, they say 60 days and mine went over 80 and could have gone longer.

BUT this Bloody Skunk is so good I want to get the Devil Cream in the soil ASAP! Man, I love those Sweet Seeds!

My 60 day chemdog was 93 days and still picked it early

WFOD - you are probably right! But I am jonesing on having no plants growing. I'm old, lonely and have no other hobbies! :-)

My vote is to go auto.
Veg nutes and lighting until you get back
then flip to flower nutes and lighting (if you change yours at all)
You have some monster autos with huge assed buds.

GB, I use Mills which has a 3 part program plus base. Normal routine for me is 3 weeks, 3 weeks, 3 weeks and 1-2 flush. So I am thinking I get em to the 2nd part and she only has to use the same nute mix. I don't do any light change. Do you get larger buds by giving vegging nutes longer? She is going to flower when she wants to flower.

I have found that most of the autoflowers I have grown, benefit in yield significantly when given veg nutes until upward growth has stopped.
In my experience that rarely happens before 6 or seven weeks.
My Tha Shiznit didn't stop until day 52 or 53.
Somewhat larger, more weight, and more buds.
In general, I tailor my grows to the plant, but I do not have any commercial expectations or timelines, so that is convenient for me.
