I don't like to keep a journal (just yet, one will come with the hempy LED grow!) - so I just make a couple page thread here and there! If this is unacceptable, let me know!

First and foremost, hacked 9 of 11 plants today. Got just under 20oz wet.. not the best trimming, but it will suffice for now. I'll mess with it more later. Hoping for at least 7-7.5oz dry when the last two come down.

Here's a couple of harvest / trim shots, not many.. really got into that lady shaping stuff. It's tedious but extremely fun once you get some of it in ya!

These are rough shots of Kannabia Afrodite - I took them mostly for JEMman since he was interested in growing them.

Next up is the mutant bud I found on one of my Pakistan Ryders.. It resembles bud rot, but no other plant or bud is affected..? It just kind of shriveled up and died. Check it out where ever you are John Mondello!



Next is the ghetto bud drying net (someone posted something about a thing from Target, so I went to wal-mart and got something similar.. lol). First shot is just a close up of a bud that weighed 2.4oz wet.. Dense little fucker. Second shot is the entire net.




After all this was finished.. I decided to go grocery shopping and revitalize myself.. freakin' TEDIOUS! After getting back, I decided to chill a bit then transplant some youngins in the grow room since there was now room with these plants chopped. First = Baby AutoWidow, Second = Baby SnowRyder (there's 2, but I only shot one), Last = Baby Mi5. Used FullDuplex's tiered transplant method. Also mixed 1/2 TSP of Epsoma Bio-Tone into the transplant hole and mixed in about 1" deep. Soil = OF. About two weeks old.



Next up is the ladies in the cab who got a good hearty feeding - 1GAL water w/ 1/3 tsp Tiger Bloom, 3 tsp Big Bloom, 1/3 tsp cal-mag...

Fist one is Autowidow, second is a BHD that showed female at 14 days and has been taking food like a champ, lastly is a cola shot of a 60 day wonder that has about two weeks left.. plan on hitting her with some loving to make seeds off of. She had an extended sit in the flowering phase that I should've utilized nutrients for, full pistils on like every branch just sitting there open.. waiting for food.. Lasted a good 2.5 weeks.

Aw hell, and a shot of what's hanging from the ceiling of my 3.5ft by 2ft closet..

As well, the two sisters to be chopped tomorrow.. both are Flower Power. My favorite for my symptoms right now. Here's a shot of them together then individuals!



Oh... last but not least, some smaller nugs I'm using to make hash. (Didn't include these in my weights, just threw them in a separate trim bag.) There's probably about 4 sets worth like this..

Going to be using Bailer's ISO method.. will post results! (Have to get the 90% ISO.. I don't want to use a lower volume.. the viscous texture is easier to get the higher the alcohol content IMO.)




What's in the future!?

A 240W Blackstar LED is on order, as well as Canna Cannazyme.

I plan on turning the veg cab (see below) into a LED powerhouse. The cabinet is 1.8ft/3ft.. so it's a little under 50w LED/sq ft.

(Left to right - Baby Onyx, Top Left - Baby Onyx, Bottom Left - Baby Mi5, Bottom Right - Baby Mi5, Top Right - Baby AutoWidow)

The grow will be 15 cup 48oz SOG Hempy (60/35/5) Verm/Perl/Hydroton (at the bottom for drainage). The cups are 8" tall and the width of a 32oz gatorade bottle.

Will be posting shots once the setup is in place - plan on using my own beans in it, started in rockwool cubes. Then directly into the Hempy's (very frequent PH waterings at the start, probably 3 times a day to refresh the water)

Working on a nute schedule through reading that I plan on trying.. Also going to try to make some teas this time around.

Yes it is, because I want to smoke some of your badass harvest. So it is unacceptable that we cannot email or fax our herb. That will be the best day for tech when we can do such things. Thanks for sharing your fine harvest and I look forward to your smoke report

As promised, here's the shots from earlier -

A clean veg cab shot; this will be the LED hempy room soon. Need to patch up the passive holes on the sides and make a DIY Carbon Filter for it. Going to attach a 132CFM 6" Inline Duct Blower and see if it can handle it, if not I'll upgrade eventually.



Here's a shot of the closet. Had to manhandle the reflector to get the shot. The 60Day usually stays right up under there right next to the light. No signs of leaf burn and she's just dripping more and more resin every day. Really excited to see the production from her. Hoping to polly her for some beans. :>



As well, here's a shot of the ladies who looked down and out and needed some love. They got the mix from the first thread I mentioned, the 1GAL water w/ 1/3 tsp Tiger Bloom, 3 tsp Big Bloom, 1/3 tsp cal-mag...Hope it was enough of a martini for them. They've always been droopy though, going to try foliar feeding them soon and see how they take it. Just with Big Bloom, probably 3 tsp to a gallon, they transpire super fast for some reason. Room's RH even with the bud drying is only 45%. They're BHDs. One is unsexed and didn't receieve the bloom nutes... but will be testing the tea I'm going to be making here soon.



As well, here's the tea recipe I meshed out -

WG POWER JUICE!
1 Gallon Water
4 TBSP Blackstrap Molasses (I've seen a lot of people use 2 TBSP Molasses 2 TBSP Maple Syrup or even switch granulated sugar in.. IMO the best way to go is 100% Molasses.)
1/3 CUP EARTHWORM CASTINGS (1-0-0) (bacterial compost.. teh breeding ground)
1/4 CUP BAT GUANO (MEXICAN IF VEGGING, 10-2-1 - JAMACIAN IF FLOWERING 1-10-0.2, ALSO ADD
1/4 TSP Earth Juice Meta-K 0-0-10 - only if flowering)
1 TSP Seasol (0.5-0.05-0.2) (Bull Kelp, really only one of the ways to get it.., stimulates root growth and plays with the plants panties from my understanding.)
2 TSP Yucca Extract (1-0-0)(cleans the roots and stops build-up (I'll just be using SledgeHammer as it's the same thing)
1 TSP Epsoma Bio-Tone (4-4-4) loaded with bacteria and myco herd zerglings.

Figure I'll use it once a week after the seedlings in the Hempy buckets are 2 weeks, I'll use it for weeks 2-6, once a week.. then switch to the flowering tea at week 6.. so veg tea at the start, Big Bloom + PH'd water for the second, flower tea at the end of the week)

I may revise it a little, but everything I've read highlights these ingredients, I just took the 'best of the best' from recipes I've read and saw photos of in use.

in that cab with led that CFM rating will be PLENTY...... Just remember to duct tape all connections pretty well on DIY carbon products. I did and still had smell leak issues and just decided to fork $70 for a decent 4" carbon scrubber.

Haha, soon.. very soon, approx. 5.5 days for the testing of the evidence.. but then 2 weeks for the true burning of the evidence.

I just found out why my girls are droopy and are spotting... WHITEFLIES.. >_< Pests! The one thing I haven't had. I just foliar fed them and saw one escape a plant. After the foliar feed soaks up I will be hitting them with some highly diluted neem oil.
