plants in week 10 was gonna harvest in 2 weeks but looks like my ferts turned on me.should i just start flushing and harvest now or wait.

Just wait, they are not ready. Mother nature will kill every leaf on the plant to keep feeding the buds. Keep watering them until you see the buds start dying then chop. Once the buds start to go it's pretty much over, but you have time still.

That will also give you time to figure out what went wrong.
