New Grower Well crap !

well i popped a free seed on sept. 3rd trying to get one more grow before my basement gets to cold.
Anyway was doing a d & r and happened to look at the little baggy the seed was in and came to the conclusion this seed is NOT an auto.
Well crap, i wanted to harvest around dec.3rd. But now i dont know.
I have other seeds but wanted to use up my freebies.
Thinking of switching my lights to 12/12 now after just this one month to try and speed things up scince its just a fem. seed.
What do you guys think ?

she's not very tall but only a month old for a fem.
Is it to early to go 12/12 on this and still come up with a decent grow?
its a vision seed, swear i ordered only auto's with free auto's but this does not say auto on it only fem.
she's about a foot tall and about a foot and a half. dia.
Dang, ive a feeling this is going to run till the end of the year, not good for a bunch of reasons.

You can flip to 12/12 at anytime but of course it will have an impact on the yield. In my experience the plat generally doubles/triples in size during flower, so I suppose you could make some guesstimates

She's a little smaller than I like to flip but like Nabzter said she'll keep growing ... photo plants always seem to throw my schedule off ... I'd feed her bloom nutes now to hurry her along ...

Thanks guys. I did add equal amounts of grow and bloom nutes yesterday, just cant make up my mind to switch today or wait 2 more weeks.
Decisions decisions, what to do !!!

Flip her now and you've got a good chance of harvest by Christmas ... wait and "Dang, I've a feeling this is going to run till the end of the year, not good for a bunch of reasons." ...

yeah bro, flip her. she will double if not triple in height as said before & she does look a healthy plant aswell, lots of leafage already. Reckon youll still get a good yield from her.

Ok, you guys convinced me.
Chester- harvest by xmas, thanksgiving will be bad enough time. Sheesh !!! Haha
Led borg- yeah i know she''ll double or more. I was fiqureing 2 more weeks would put here about 1/3 my total height of my cabinet.
Guess i better replace my carbon and hope its enough, she is supposed to be very stinky.
This could get interesting.
Lesson learned- read your seed label !!!

it can take a week or two of 12/12 before she starts to flower ... looks like she'll be a beautiful plant ...

Yep thanks chester, was fiquring about that.
Actually having a little yellowing of the tips on the young new growth .
Not sure if thats mag. Def or not.
Been having that issue but putting 7 tsp of cal mag in 7 gallon water .
Just dont know if more is needed or keep my ph up to 6.1 instead of 5.8.
Or to much and a little nute burn.
We shall see...

Well i flipped my lights on oct. 5th to 12/12, still no change.
growing out more than up now. pruning leaves for light now too.
Hope she changes soon.
Jacked up my nutes and stopped mag def. but must be a little too much as my ph drops some every 24 hrs.
closing in on it, fiquring around 400 to 450 ppm.
Me thinks this is going to be a long grow. better go buy me some ona crystals for the holidays.
