Hey everybody I’m thinking of using a wedryer on my harvest because of risk of mold in my climate right now, 100% humidity outside and 70 inside, is there a way for me to use that so the buds won’t get flat from laying on there side?

I recommend doing a wet trim. Remove all the fan leaves then keep all your sugar leaves. Then drying in cardboard boxes with buds not touching each other or inside paper bags buds not touching each other. Or on a drying rack net hanger with buds not touching each other. Mold will form if the buds touch each other. Id chop all the buds off the stems to dry. Then when those small stems on the buds snap and its dry on the outside of the buds then you start curing. Keep an eye on humidity while curing or you can ruin your crop. 60 to 65 is ideal. If above 65 open jar til it drops to 60 to 65 range. Above 70 humidity take buds out and let them dry again and put em back in the jar when dry on outside in 2 to 4 hours. Under 60 humidity use a humidipak such as boveda 62 to bring perfect moisture back to your buds for the curing process. 3 to 4 weeks of curing they'll be smokeable.

I agree with NL420. cardboard box with wires or rods ran across to hang on. the cardboard will dry out the buds relatively fast if the fans leaves are gone.

Yes. If its wetter humidity the more leaves you trim off the better cuz it will help it dry a lil faster. If you leave the leaves on it dries slower and can cause mold or rot issues in the wrong climate. In a super dry climate with low humidity it's good to leave leaves on for a slower dry.
