So I've never really had a science when it comes to watering, i use a combinating of the "2nd Knuckle" test and a cheap moisture meter to see when the plants need a drink. Now I usually just pour some water in the soil until i feel its enough, but exactly how much (ounces, liters etc...) liquid should they be getting each time in the 3 gallon pots? Just an FYI...I have gallons mixed nutes and gallons mixed with molasses and cal/mag sup, I alternate between the 2 for waterings. So water with nutes then next time water with molasses and cal/mag..and continue back and fourth.

I am using 3 gallon bags. I use 1000ml every other day, half top and the other bottom. Lately I hav been using sparkling water (500ml). I think I am a week or two from flushing.

It's hard to water using exact measurments because the need of the plant varies with temp and humidity.You can tell by the weight of the pot.If its light water if its heavy don't.Make sure that the water is coming out the botom of the pot,this tells you that the whole pot is wet and not just the top.If you have a catch tray under the pot and it fills with water leave it for an hour and some will get drawn up from the bottom.After an hour if ther is still water in the run off tray empty it this way you know the entire pot has been watered.
