I have 4 photo plants growing in the room right now that I just flipped to 12/12. I will be leaving on Monday for 11 days. I plan on giving them a good watering Monday before I leave but I'm not sure if they will be able to go the whole 11 days without another watering. Is putting them outside for the 11 days an option or should I just leave them inside and pray that they make it?

I personally would stick them outside but it rains almost every afternoon here :smokebuds:

So going from artificial light to natural light won't stress them?

well... you should match sunrise / sunset times and light cycle times if possible... most photos run right through... occasionally you'll see a few hermie nanners with this... but you'll likely be fine... :toke:

strains?
light cycle? latitude?

most stresses are induced by huge temp changes or by huge light cycle variations ...

You could buy some of those automatic plant waterers. I've never used them and wouldn't use them normally but it might get you through 11 days. You would water before you leave, then the device releases water as the soil dries.

take a gallon jug fill it up with water poke a tiny hole in it so it barley drips and off you go....

or you could put a pump on a timer and set it for once a day for 15 secs or somthing like that

Before you go, water till you see runoff.
-Wait 1 hour
-Water again until you see runoff
-Poke a tiny hole in the bottom of a beer can or soda can
-Fill can with water, place adjacent to the root ball

i bought water globes for this very reason , i got mine from dollarama for 2 bux each , i believe it is what peekineeze is mentioning as well

peace

I run my lights at night when it's cooler so I can't match sunrise/sunset times. I'm growing Dinafem White Widow and Critical+, Royal Queen Seeds Ice, and a TH Seeds Burmese Kush. I switched to 12/12 about 3 days ago. I live in the North East US.

Thanks for all the good ideas guys. Looks like I have some work to do today.
