Verry light green/yellow slightly twisted

Hello need some help on what’s causing the weird new growth are they hungry ? I am using Biobizz nutes, Only feeding 2ml per litre of bio bloom and 2ml per litre of bio grow ph is at 6.5 temps sit at 20-25 degrees
