I just started week 4, I'm using a mix of FFOF/Perlite for my medium and FF Trio for nutes. So far my nitrogen seems fine, I have not had to feed Grow Big yet, is this normal for Autos? All 3 of my plants are starting to pre-flower and I have only been feeding Big Bloom, Cal-Mag and they're looking great! Seems to me that FFOF has enough Nitrogen to get Autos all the way to Flowering. They will be getting a 1/4 dose of Tiger Bloom next feeding, should I go 1/4 Grow Big now to promote pre-flower stretching? They're about a foot tall today.

used only 1 bottle all purpose nute in coco, soil should need less. I think you can wait till plants show they need feed or run off ppm's are below what you are aiming for. for me, 1.3ec

Plants look great, even though hard to tell with that light. Well done so far!

I have seen a bit in reviews that ffof can have sub optimal ph, so that would be the most important thing i'd suggest to keep an eye on

are those floor mats for a super compact car, carrying a dude with one leg?

Not to say you are wrong, but I believe everything influences everything. even if just a little bit.
Sure, but bloom nutes aren't going to trigger flower. Though, too much N in veg/transition can absolutely have negative effects on flower. Regardless, I have very strong feelings about adding N to FFOF lol. Been there, done that, fucked up more than one plant in the process. Plus, TB has added N anyways. However, you are completely right about the PH thing. Their soil PH can definitely be wonky, and their nutes are acidic AF, which has also caused me major headaches.

:salute:

That is the biggest reason I stress testing PH in soil, even though you technically shouldn't *have* to. Several problems in my first grow turned out to be due to improper PH caused by their soil and compounded by their nutes.

I agree and been there. Ph needs to be good (near perfect), before any plants are started. So many bag soils don't even say their ph, which means (to me), they don't care, that the ph could be anything and the customer just has to 'deal with it'. I've not had much luck 'dealing with it', once a plant has been started, just headaches.

Unless someone says they want to ~mix their own and they have good amendments to adjust the ph if not good, I would not suggest any premix that does not claim to have ideal ph.

To stay on topic for op, looks like op got a good bag, plants look great but afaik, ffof uses buffers that can expire over a short time

My 2 Blackberry kush plants love the FFOF, the Blueberry however had a little issue with it at first, slight clawing and tip burn, I flushed her out and fed some light cal-mag and she seems to be fine now. My PH has been pretty constant 6.3 - 6.5 throughout. I think mybnext run of Blueberry will be in coco.
