I got such a said device for my volcano called a vapor dome(limited edition) I liked it the couple of times I tried it... But for the $$$ I spent on it, it was like an accident waiting to happen, what kind of vaporizer do you have?
I have an Arizer Extreme - Q. I am just thinking of rigging a piece of plastic tubing between the bag, and the bong. Have already tried it tonight, but after I unclogged the vaporizer. Need to test with and without, with first hits, of different nights. I thought there was much less taste, through bong, but seemed to do the job. Maybe even able to take bigger hits.

THC is not water soluble, from what I have read, and is reason I only used bong before.
Just did hit through bong, off Vape bag. It tasted less, but was AWESOME!!!! Like I thought, a bigger hit could be taken and held.

I think the thing you are talking about, cools the smoke. Bongs take out all water soluble un-needed crap (if I am correct).
So much better experience, running through bong!!!!!
I tried it tonight, although it is not scientific testing, but I got much bigger hits, that could be held longer, with less taste, and really did the job!!!!!!!
Will only do this from now on. Soooo much better. Have PPM meter. Should see what goes into water.

Some one needs to get a new bong, and do a PPM analysis. I tried but mine is 15 years old, and chunks of resin screwed up readings.
