Great. Of course it has my address on it.

What happens now?

I sent an email to Herbie's with a pic of the US Border Patrol letter.
Waiting to hear from them. This was a $100 order.

Happened to me once. On the letter it said something like seeds of unknown something and they were destroyed. That was the end of it. If they were going to proceed further I don't think they would have destroyed the evidence. I did the samething with Herbies, sent photo of package with green tape on it and the letter, they made good on it.

Mine was a year and a half ago. I think it was just stealth at that time.

I think seeds can be shipped as a food product, just not for growing, not sure why they dont call them a supplement or something like that to get them through customs.....

Don't trip... That's just the "slap on the wrist"... I got mine back in 2008 from a Dope Seeds order that was seized... Nothing happens except you don't get your seeds (as far as Customs). You did the absolute RIGHT THING emailing them a copy of your letter. As long as you purchased guaranteed stealth they will keep sending until you receive. If you don't hear back within a few days then email them again. Please let us know how it goes! Speed & Safety Karma for your new shipment!!!

They usually do put random things on the packages. I've never had the same phrase twice on a package no matter how it was packaged/sent.

In 7 years, between two states (two separate hubs, Chicago and New York) I've only had 1 package popped. It happens to us all eventually. Don't stress out or worry you are going to get in trouble. It's just a part of the game unfortunately. IMO they are seizing packages and trying to reverse engineer them to make all GMO strains... But I'm crazy right?! :coffee2:

Nope, cannabis seeds themselves are listed as illegal. In many states a seed will count as a plant, so watch out. That's why even the hemp seeds in bird seed mix have to be pasteurized in the us, so they won't sprout.

I've seen a lot of people report customs getting their seeds, but I've never seen a raid come of it. More often it's just a rude condescending letter from customs. Has herbies responded yet?

I had an order not show up never got it no letter no nothing just never got anything emailed them and got an email back in probably 10 to 15 min (awesome)

I had them shipped stealth because I wanted the breeders packs I'm anal like that lol Anywho they sent a new order (offering a refund or a Re ship) however they told me if I didn't get the second order I was sol kinda pissed me off but I got the second order as shipped all in good working order

That's awesome they held up their end and sent another pack. I understand why they say you're SOL if a second doesn't arrive though, i know plenty of dickbags that would take advantage of that until cut off.
