This is the story that has had the DP team most excited this week, the decision to legalize the production, distribution and use of pot is now certain to be implemented. It just needs a rubber-stamp from the Uruguayan senate to become law, which will happen before October.
We feel this takes the debate on cannabis to the international stage and will make it easier for other countries to start improving their own drug laws.
