Unstable Photos as Auto Moms?

There are some photo strains that are known to autoflower under 18/6, or anything less. This is generally seen as a negative trait. Examples like ATF, Black Cherry Soda and some Blackberry Kush. Has anyone here had experience crossing one of these to an auto? If so did you see any percentage of autos in the f1? I've heard of some strains having a few autos in the f1s when crossed with autos.

I have seen it myself, it could happen by a few strains if the roots can not explore more (rootbound) .
A other thing is if the autoflower gen is inside in the F1 you have to grow around 1000 plants to found one or two auto phenotypes. I got luck with my last grow and found in the Harle tsu z6 x autoCBD haze one autoflower pheno and I have grown them several times. I used this auto pheno for a new cross and do a full pollinate with a powerkush autoduck male.
