Mephisto Genetics Tyrone special and purple nuggets

This is a little breeding project I've been wanting to do for a little while. I tried once before and didn't go well trying to change her with CS. I did another project last year where I crossed a gold glue with sour stomper. That made a great girl. I used STS that time.

So this time STS once more. This is my last go at Tyrone as I had 3 seeds and all are planted. Surprisingly they all popped as old as they are some wouldn't last few times i tried (was 18 pack). One will be the femboy, the others will get pollinated. I have a pot with purple nuggets as well I think they will cross very well. So end goal is to have lots of TS and TSxPN.

The sts came from 2020 Mendocino via ebay store they have. Came with a book of all the strains. No freebies if you're wondering. Hopefully this will be a fun grow.

That stuff really works. YMMV but if you spray it every day from day 20ish until flower your plant will be 100% male (if you spray the entire plant). At least that was my experience. Not bad for the price of two seeds...

Watching with lots of interest!

I've had plans for a while on reversing a CDLC, & pollinating several others, (including 1 of her/himelf) However, now that I have a new grow/dry tent & I finally got the beans, I want to do the same with Grape Crinkle! I got several Mephisto strains in mind, including some they've already done, (GWK is fire smoke). and a few from different breeders like Skittles, Gorilla Glue & Wedding Cake. I hope to start around June 1. Anyways, good luck & happy growing!

Made the sts. And sprayed the ts for first time I expect to spray every 4 days till I see changes. I have to call the other plants. One pot had 2 Tyrone special one looked like shit so easy pick. The purple nugs had 3, 2 popped. One is branching already pretty nice I think I will keep that one.

They are doing well. Ts on far right has been sprayed 3 times so far. No for sure sign of change yet but I expect to see something definite soon. The purple nuggets on the left has really taken off. She hasn't shown her purple side yet. Ts in the middle is chucking along. These are just being feed AN connoisseur base and some cal mag at the moment. I honestly don't plan to smoke anything here I just want them to breed. The one I sprayed of course can't be used. The ones that get seeded I don't smoke either.

In case you might find it helpful: I used the same product as you but not as directed. I sprayed every day from day 21 until they flowered. The plant didn't seem to care and acted 100% male when it flowered.

Three sprayings total and here is the change. I sprayed her every 4 days. I don't think you need to spray you plant more than 4 times. I had similar results last go. I think I will spray her one last time tomorrow.

Unfortunately my purple nuggets isn't very purple so far. She's in preflower and looks good but no different than a regular girl at this point.

It was going good till it wasn't. Shouldn't have gone for that 4th spray . Moved her to the middle and she said see ya later.

Looks like I will cross the one Tyrone special with gold glue pollen.
