Hello AFN, my first post here.

I wanted to share with you my trials and tribulations this season. This year there is lots going on. I was going to wait until the season was over, but what's the fun in that.

Everything was sown directly into the ground, no space to pre grow everything. I put in a ton of seed, expecting heavy losses. Hopping to at least harvest a personal stash.

The strains I will be growing this year are as follows. DP Think Different, LBH Asian Haze, Short Stuff Blue Him, AutoOG F2, Psiren, Spirit 51, Asian haze x ALF #3, Sour60, PurpleKush X AutoOG F2, Guerrilla Gold x Hells Angel and lastly GG X PPP

Grow local is far north, short season extreme conditions.

Lots of selection and a wide range of locations. Lots of fun to come. I am going to finish some indoor projects, outdoors this year.


Topper Patch Update.
The seeds were dropped in the ground around the end of may. Ground was still sort of frozen. The think different are in a COCO mix. All the rest are in native soil with amendments.
The pics included in this post are from this patch. The think different are REALLY REALLY loving life. I got a shitty pic of the bluehim, but it's doing really well also.
Sour60 is also doing good.

Ayeee nice local.. sun n shade.. if you know you will not get any visitors..clearing back some of the high grass etc..

Thanks for stopping in fellas. Been a while since I have had time to get on for an update.

LOTS going on.

Basic run down of the current situation. Been a stellar year so far, been a few bad storms the last while but been ok so far.
Think different is from one patch is close to done. Sour60 is looking good. Also the purple kush crosses, and the guerrilla gold x pure power plant is looking nice. I have one female and one male, so I am letting her go to seed.

I still haven't gotten the cam out to everything. Truly been some work this year. Will all be worth it once the selections are done.

Seen allot of phenos this year. Good males and females.

The pics don't really show how much weeding and cutting back i've done.

Welcome to the thread.

Yeah it's mostly just native soil. I added some welcome harvest farms flower power, and a watering of dr hornby's big bud at the start of pre flower. But not much really, just hard work finding spots.

I got lucky with the "jungle" patch. it's almost a natural peat bog, with a spring near by. The power plant and kush crosses are in this area. I haven't had to water them once. Keeping back the weeds has been the biggest thing.

Ah..you have the Black Leafed trait in your TD....Beautiful..I have seen it..Rarely...but then you rarely See them outdoor.
