This post is kinda old but I'm starting to really worry with an order I made with Truenorth seed bank
I ordered 8 seeds from them 1 month ago. Didn't received it yet, I called twice. The first time they said that a seed strain was backorder and they were supposed to get it in the next few days.
That I should wait another 7 days. I called 2 weeks later they said they were going to help me... no news from them since.
I spent 146$ total for 5 wappas auto + 3 cream caramel autos + that ''cool mug'' + taxes blablabla. I'm so pissed about the whole thing
I'm going to call them again next week and If I dont receive my order, I'm going to tell the world about my bad experience with them
Their website also is never updated, All seeds are ''In stock'', No rewards points were added to my account. Worst customer services ever !
They dont write or call you to tell you if there's a problem or a delay. You always have to run for an answer.
Like I said I'll wait a little longer but if within 2 weeks I haven't receive my seeds, I'll go to all forum :420mag, rollitup, hightimes.... and complaint about their scam company
146$ is a huge lost for me. This wont end up without consequences.
