Hi all,

I was wondering what would be the best true-breeding Dutch Passion Strains?

Thanks for any advice!

Hi Testor,
it's hard to say, depends mostly from your goals really.
Do you plan to make a hybrid, work on a new line..? Looking for fems or regs? Do you have a male already, got more males? :)))

DP seem to have many interesting selections of skunk, maybe grab one of those and cross it with something exotic:)

Hi Balerama,

I am looking for regs only. I am looking for nice uniform seed-stock for longterm storage and personal supply. Maybe something for a Cross I can adapt and breed over the years to the local climate and to my personal taste and high preferences. I am looking for a euphoric, clear, not to strong sativa and an "happy stone, knockout" indica. Great taste is really important for me as well.

I have over the years collected bag-seeds from South Africa, Laos, Thailand and Mexico. But up until now never had the space and the time to grow them out and see what they are like. From Dutch Passion I have the regular Blueberry and a Surprise Mix Pack and some feminized Autos (the Auto Mazar and the Autoblueberry).

Never tried the skunk lines up until now. I sure find the description of the Orange Bud and interesting! I know that skunk plants are generally good producers with an uplifting High and a pleasant taste. Will definitely give it a try at one point. Given the price and the reputation!

I just finished a batch of 4 plants of their regular Blueberry. I will sample the harvest in about three weeks of curing. The next grow will be the Blueberry again with a larger population (10 seeds at once) and I hope to keep clones of all of the subjects. If I do find promising males on this run I will do a seed-run right after.

Thanks!

Well thing is, they don't offer much regular seeds instead are focused on fems and autos, which are better selling.
Same applies to many other seedmakers, the market is king in these days.

I would go search elswhere for euphoric clear sativa, there are so many better options that I have trouble to start counting:)
Also for indicas, there's plenty of great choices around.
The DutchPassion skunks are generally isolated phenos from the original skunk#1 which was created by Sam the Skunkman, they have a bit specific traits, but I still feel sk#1 is better to breed.
Blueberry is by DJ Short and can be found in better examples I think.

Go check for ACE, TropicalSeeds, OriginalDelicatessen, Cannabiogen, Mandala...you'll surely find what you seek for.
I'd get me some PakistanChitralKush, Ciskei, Queen Mother, Taskenti and BeyondTheBrain for the first round:)

Good luck in finding your gems.

hey tester, White Widow x The Ultimate is a hit among the regular growers, combining quality and quantity. Mazar is available as regs and are a knockout smoke. Blueberry is a proven performer, and for some people is the best. Orange Bud is a classic that you can't go wrong with.

We stock 15 varieties in regular seeds, you should find a few special attractions in there http://www.dutch-passion.nl/en/cannabis-seeds/regular/

Just for interest, these days reg seeds account for just 2-3% of our sales, so offering regular seeds is more of a service than a business. A lot of our customers use our reg seeds for breeding projects, and old-school growers simply prefer growing with them. Good luck and don't forget to check our White Widow, Orange Hill, Masterkush and the other reg offerings too :)

Thanks for the replies and for taking the time!
