So my buddy in LA wont stop telling me about how this vaporizer thing they sell at a select few dispensary's in the San Fran area. I plan on picking one up soon, the only downside is that it takes hash-oil cartridges that I will have to continually have to get across the US, but I can handle that :smoke:. Have any of you guys had any experience with it? My buddy loves the thing and says it beats any other vaporizer he has every tried. I looked for a description around the internet and this is all I could find.

It's simple. It comes with the device and a USB Charger for a total price of 100-120 depending on the dispensary.

The Trippy Stick only uses custom hash oil cartridges that I have been told equal to an 1/8 of cannibus. 86% THC and they currently make 3 flavors: OG Kush, Sour Diesel, and Girl Scout Cookies. You can buy 1 cartridge for 35-40 depending on the dispensary, and many of them sell 5 packs for a discounted price.

In SF I know you can get them at Hemp Center, Green Door, and today 1944 Ocean Collective is where I got mine. At 1944 Ocean you can pick one up+5 cartridges for $260......So you end up saving about $60.

Its so easy to use also. Just screw in your hash oil, screw in the top piece to the bottom piece. Press the blue button, and inhale some of the tastiest oil known to man. Extremely strong as well.

Yea sorry I couldn't find a trimmed up version of the video, the description of it starts at 1 minute. Yea it is basically an altered e-cigarette now that you mention it. I am hoping I can figure out how to refill the cartridges. I will post a real review with that info included when I get it. Just wanted to see if anyone here has came across one and if it is worth the hype.
 
Hmm that looks like what I was looking for. It says the cartridges are refillable as well, nice. Have you had any experience loading them with hash oil?
 
RollerofDoobs friend says they were using e-cigarettes in the UK to smoke THC..

I haven't tried it..

BUT...

I did buy the kit..and the Cig...and re-fillable nicotine cartridges cost me less than £10..:wiz:
 
I am researching how to make the filler liquid now. It needs to be slightly more viscous than water. I think the guys at the Hemp Center in SF are using glycerin based vegetable products to extract the THC. Thanks for the link TBM, that looks like the Joye 510, which is the one I think I am going to try. I am pretty sure most of the dispenseraries are selling the Joye eGo 510 with the 1100 mAh battery. The eGo use a "cartomizer" (atomizer and threaded 510 cartridge together) and has dual heating elements. It also has a manual button, which I think is there only for stoners...I mean who really needs to warm up the vape for a huge cigeratte hit lol?

i think its what youre looking for. its like an open source trippy stick. they have their pre-fills for like 20$ all over SF (pretty huge cartos too, bigger than trippy stick /nor cal carts) and the bay, not sure about LA really. they are dope though because their pens are made for like ... all the competitors too. wish more vape co's were like these peeps.
