FWIW I only defoliate to expose bud sites or if really needed for airflow. Your plant's structure looks great. I wouldn't take off any more leaves unless absolutely necessary. Fan leaves produce energy for bud development, and cannabinoid and terpene generation. IMHO, YMMV, etc.

There a 4 - 5 gallon plants in my 3x3 that are becoming monsters.
I've trimmed quite a bit underneath. Leaves and stems with larf.
