Indoor Top Shelf Flavours - the journey for that 10/10

Hey all,

So as the title states I’m on a journey to grow som seriously tasty top shelf flower.

To paint the picture :

1x1x2m Tent
4 plants in 16litre Rhizapots
6” Fan and Carbon Filter
1000w LED

Strains :

Dr Krippling - Gorilla Infested Gelato
Dr Krippling - Gelato Cookie Doh-pe
Dutch Passion - Colorado Cookies
DNA genetics I think - 60 Day Lemon

I did start a thread in the nutes section asking about which nutes to run during this grow I’m stuck between AN,HN and HCO so if anyone could chime in on that it would be much appreciated.

Hey bro, what nutes did you use and what where the results like? My local GS stock AV and none of the other two brands I’ve mentioned so would be more convenient for me but I don’t mind the hassle and extra cost to accumulate the other two if they are better as I’m looking to grow some proper Top Shelf. No it’s a UK made led nothing special, will switch to a better one for flower but I think it’ll do for now. I know it’s going to be tight in there but with some lst or even a scrog net should be ermmm shall we say interesting lol

Advanced sensi a and b, big bud, over drive and maybe hydroguard. Should be all you need.

Nutes are like buying sugar.
It doesn't matter whether you get C&H brand sugar, Diamond brand sugar, or the store brand.
A main difference is that sugar companies won't try to sell you worthless sugar supplements to make it sweeter.

Thanks for the reply mate do I need both Sensi grow and bloom? A few people saying that the grow is pointless for autos and to just use the bloom Sensi do you recommend the same? And would ou not recommend spending the extra to get the connoisseur A and B? Would love to see your feeding schedule for all your nutes if it’s not too much trouble.

Hey bro thanks for the response. After some research I’ve decided to go for HN Master A&B. I like the fact that it is EDT free and that it’s designed to be used for both veg and bloom. That’s defo a good nutes schedule but dare I say will it be sufficient to produce Top Shelf results? I’m going to run some Terpinator along side the A&B from the start to finish aswell. Probably some Rhino Skin and Pihranna from AN and then also some Big Bud. Was looking at HCO Snow Storm I think it’s called aswell as the Purple Maxx which both seem very tempting. Cal Mag also a must especially with Autos I’m told. Can anyone else think of anything I haven’t included that can really make sure this shit comes out fiya

Sorry for the lack of updates Iv been quite busy!



Firstyly, quite disappointed that out of the 4 seeds I bought off Herbies only 2 germinated. Iv always had a 100% germ rate so kind of annoying which means I only have two Auto in the tent atm : Gelato Cookie Dope and Colorado Cookies both at the end of week 2. Do you guys recommend I just stick to these two plants or add another two in there and get back up to the original plan of 4?

Second update in equipment. I got rid of the little LED light and have switched it for a HPS light. I have a 600w digital dimmable ballast in a cool hood which is attached to a 6” extraction fan to keep it cool. Problem is I am only running it at 200w for now and my tents boiling! Averaging around 31 degrees but can go slightly higher during peak hours. Unfortunately my tent is in a storage cupboard which doesn’t allow for a lot of fresh air but I have no other option on where to put it so I have to make it work. What can I do to lower temps? Shall I just go back to a noisy LED? Or is there a way to still run the hps but keep temps cool? If it’s like this at 200w I’m going to struggle to increase the light output for flowering without biking the plants.

Third update is Nutes. I know everyone does this differently and has their own opinion on what to use and what not to use. I do not go full strength on nutes nor do I go full dose at once. I start off very lightly and slowly work my way up to my desired doses so as to not shock the plant. I gave each plant one feed of great white which I will do once a week. I then waiting a couple of days before starting the rear of the nutes (personal preference). The nute feed atm consists of : (not including the pk booster of course)
