You might be a little late on them. I set Aug. 1st as my cut off date for new plants here in TN. You might run into some frost issues late in the grow. If they are in pots, just bring them inside at night and back out the next day. Also, expect that they won't get as big or yield as well as plants started earlier, given the shorter days and cooler night time temperatures.
I've learned from experience and also heard other stating this: Colder temperature slows down both growth and flowering, meaning you want to maximize the sun they get and place them in a protected area where the temperature won't drop too low (I'm guessing until September that won't be a problem - don't know your specific climate).
Don't be surprised to see them hitting 90 days before you can harvest quality bud - when do frosts start where you are?
