Indoor tips of leaves turning brown

i have dutch passion auto blueberry in 1gallon smart pot with fox farm oceans blend soil.she is 3 weeks old. only nutes i gave her was last week half tsp big grow in gallon water and only used half of that.iv gave her water ever since that what could be causing this it only at tips.

Looks like nute burn and possibly some lockout issues (check your soil PH)
 
Is your soil FF Ocean Forest? That should have enough nutes for at least 3 weeks, so if you gave Grow Big at 2 weeks it could have burned them a little. Doesn't look too bad but I've give them another week before feeding again unless you see yellowing or other signs that they're hungry. And it's always good to check the pH like Portmac said. I had pH issues with my last grow and week 3 is when they really starting showing signs of the problem.

good looking out ill check ph and hold off on nutes
 
looking better now just been giving her water...ill start nutes in couple days at half strength
