Tiny pin hole in my seedling leaves help

Hi guys. I’m doing my first cupboard grow.
I have a small problem I hope you’d can help me with.
Im doing two autos in a 30l pot of supercharged eco life soil
Six shooter and a Phoenix big bud
I have a Amazon £70 led light that says it’s 1000w but as it’s Amazon I wouldn’t trust that it is. I have the light 16 inches away an the six shooter is fine a nice colour an healthy but the Phoenix tiny leaves have started to turn yellowish and has a tiny pin hole in the middle I can’t see any pests so not sure if it’s a burn off the light after I have misted it or if the leaf is sweating an getting burn threw that off the light. I only have the light in veg mode
I have been watering the soil when it looks dry an I just spray with my mister around the base of the seedlings until damp. An a cup of water each night. Any ideas here’s a few pics of the set up thanks guys. It’s my first grow if I’m doing anything wrong just let me know.
The humidity is 70/75 an the temp is 18 at the minute u til I get a heater when I get paid next week I thought it might be that but the six shooter seems ok ‍ They are 6 days old from start of germination. I just planted the seeeds in the soil it was going to stay in so didn’t repot as I know it can be stressful

The light is much too close and your seedlings dont drink a cup of water a day. Might be overwatering a little... Ide slow down on the water a bit and back the light up an additional 20 inches. I wouldnt mist them, youve got plenty of moisture in the air... Temp needs to go up to 24-25 degrees asap

thanks I have moved the light up to 35 inches an will ease up on the watering an I will get the temp up to 25. Do you think that was the cause of the pin hole an the yellowing as the other baby in the same pot is doing ok. Have I fucked up by potting two different strains together ordo you think they will be fine. Thanks

their are two seedlings in one 30l pot so do I need less than a cup of water a day as it’s a lot of soil

I wouldn't give them any more water but only stick a clear plastic cup with a couple of holes in it over them, leave them with that on as a humidity dome for 5-7 days, any water/moisture they need, they already have.

Not best way to grow multiple plants in one pot, but it wont hurt them any.. as long as they dont get really big it should be ok. The hole in the leaf could be from a number of different things... should grow out of it if it gets going.

A week now an that seedling with the hole in the Phoenix big bud has got bigger leaves an the stem is thicker the six shooter that looks fine is taller but slower with the leaves does this look ok for 6 days since planting seed

A normal seedling grows a new set of leaves every 7 days or so.. It should be starting the 2nd set of leaves any day now if it's at a normal growth rate.

Yes brilliant thanks they both have new sets of tiny leaves growing I keep opening the cupboard an looking at them. Is that normal too ha
