Was looking up reviews for the cypress 3 and saw this. Did you ever get it or hear anything on it? Been searching hard for a few days now on a good light for 2.5x4.5 closet.I have a Sun Systems 315W LEC but I'm considering going to a Timber Cypress 3 LED (300W) instead to help control the heat in the tent.
I am wondering how much difference there is between these two as far as heat output goes?
CYPRESS 3
I wrote the company and never heard back. Was looking up reviews for the cypress 3 and saw this. Did you ever get it or hear anything on it? Been searching hard for a few days now on a good light for 2.5x4.5 closet.
Very nice! I am in between the migro aray4+red or viparspectra xs4000. Leaning toward the xs4000 because i dont like how the migro has to sit 6-8" from canopy.I wrote the company and never heard back.
I went with the Viparspectra KS3000.
It's lighting up my 3x3 very well.

Definitely will not be going with them then. Appreciate it!I waited about 45 days for a cypress 3 to be refunded Monday due to they can’t source components for the build.

How far do you keep it from canopy? Im still in learning process of lst and evening out the canopy so theres a good chance i wont get it very even. Lol thats why height with the migro i was iffy on.The Migro is better than it's specs. I have one of their older 2-bar 120W lights. Works great. I was concerned with those distances but found the plants did better with it raised a bit more. I don't think the xs4000 is a bad choice either.
Would really like under $400 but i can swing $500 if for something worth it. Got a grand total im fixing to put into it the project all together. Duct fan, light, pots etc.I was running 18" most of the time and when it was flowering let the colas get pretty close, that 12" range.
MarsHydro make some decent, long, narrow lights as well. Not nearly as nice but depending on budget... speaking of which... how much do you want or have available to spend?
