Thripes ? Spider mites? 1st time grower

Hey guys my 1st grow and i got this problem! Idk what to do.. was told there thripes or spider mites.. idk what to do please help.

They appear to be thirps. If you can confirm, use a product like Blondies Captin Jacks, spinosad. It a bacteria that will destroy the adults and larva. Spray the whole plant and do a soil drench. Get them all.
