Aye aye chaps..

Been ages since I have been on . Hope you guys are all good . Judging by the lovely bud being grown I would say yeah :) .
Last time I was here I did 2x Autocolorado cookies and 2x Auto nightqueen. That was my first ever attempt at anything green. Every time I have tried to grow tomatoes they have died so I was chuffed with the results from them. Search my name for pics I suppose .
Anyway.. it wasn't anything special so thought I'd come back and try again .

This time round I opted for the ,soon becoming, legendary "Think Different" by Dutch Passion.
This is only my second grow but I still opted for using DP . They seem like a solid seed bank and I've seen Tony's customer service on here .
Ok.. that's the bullshit over with .. :)
Next post is set up etc....

So...

Set up -
Secret Jardin DR120
600w Hps
100w full spectrum LED
4 inch extraction
Tube heater - 3ft
Digital extraction thingy that works out extraction speed.
Shed :)
Small fan to make the leaves move .
Plagron light mix
2x 15l Airpots
1x 25l Airpot
3 x feminised Think Different seeds .
1x Big glass bong.

Pic is Day 1 on the 4th of March..

Anyone want to sign up to this thread? Gonna be good I hope. Be good to see some heads kicking about .
Also - why are all my pics 90 degrees off . On an I phone . Not going to use my laptop for this. How to rotate?

Will.

Nutrients are -
AN bloom A+B
AN Carboload
AN Nirvana
Density Calmag
I've got some bud ignitor and overdrive for when I pull the trigger on the buds but nowhere near that yet . Going for growth . I've pretty much used @TaNg simple feed schedule for these apart from adding the Nirvana as well .I'm a newbie so guides like that really help .cheers matey:)
Had issues with canoeing leaves at the start but temps were ok? Is that a TD thing?
Seems to have sorted itself out now.
All input welcome - if I'm making fuck ups let me know , I've got thick skin.

Pic is Day 20 - tonight . They look messy because took pic straight after bending (torturing)them about to spread them over the net .I will be trying to keep the canopy ,if you can call it that with only 3 plants, low and dense if poss. They seem a lot bigger than my other grow and a lot healthier so far.
It's a secret jardin scrog net made to measure for the tent . Cost £14 delivered . Worth it IMO but each to their own. I don't expect SCROG but just helps exposing the lower bud sites to the light .
Go easy - W.

EDIT- I've tried my photo me camera 3 different ways now (buttons at bottom,at top and to the side .. they always upload upside down . Anyone know why that would be ? )

Cheers Man. Your feed schedule is so simple to follow and doesn't require too much spend on my part.
What's the benefit from Voodoo juice ? Do you recommend it?

Day 21 ... coming along . Not much to report really. Bending them horizontally as much as they will allow. I'm loving the "webit" net . It's bungee cord so is easy on the stems. Starting to smell now . I've got a scrubber to fit when the need arises. Won't be long I don't think. The one in the 25 l pot is thirsty as hell already... litre a day... but I'm hoping it's going to be a big fella.

LED is over the 25 litre pot and the 600 HPS is over the 2 x 15 l pots . The LED is just a cheap one from eBay..£60 delivered . Next grow will be proper LED all over .i can see the difference in leave quality between the LED and the HPS. The Led plant looks a darker ,healthier green. Saving the pennies for that.
My first grow I tried watering a little bit every day . That didn't really suit me . This time I'm watering to run off .The 25 l plant needs it every day but the other two every other day at the moment . I don't have a PH meter and won't bother with one I don't think . I'm lucky enough that we buy Scottish bottled water at work 200 gallons at a time so I just take that and I know the PH is 6.8. They seem to like it .
Because I'm in the shed its environment that's my main concern. During the day it can get hot so have to open the tent and at night it gets proper chilly. I've got the tube heater on a timer which is something I didn't have last time so hoping it helps .

Day 21 again...

Day 22 - wee pic with just the LED on. It runs 24/7 and the HPS runs 20/4 .
The 25 litre pot really showing the difference. It's gonna cost in nutes but have high hopes for it . Fingers crossed. I might invest in another one of those £60 lights. It certainly works but can tell the quality isn't there. Spoke to grow Northern about their HS1's but they have discontinued and are developing a new one. I'll be buying 2 as soon as available I think.
Photo taken after bending them again. I'll take a pic next time before I bend them. They seem to be going vertical pretty quickly now .

Go easy ,
W.

Day 24 - (is this thread in the wrong place ? ) can someone shift it to where it belongs .. sorry :(

Looks like slight "claw" developing on the big fella on the right . I've researched it a fair bit and doesn't look like Nitrogen toxicity as the leaves aren't dark green? Any thoughts ?
It's growing well and otherwise looks healthy .
They're all getting water every day now .

Go easy
W.
