Thin stem am I Trippin?

Is this normal? My stems just seem weak and thin but everything else looks great.

1000w led 250 actual watt
Seedling was at 40-44” as directed
Currently set 32-40 as directed I think it’s around 35” right now. You think it was just stretched out too far as a seedling?

Seems to be the case. Now let's hope it fills out nicely and brings you a fantastic harvest. 40''- 44" seems kind of high, but if thats what manufacturer says.
