I have a 1.2m tent and a mars hydro TS3000. both drivers from the TS3000 will be outside the tent. 6" extraction and carbon filter.

temps are super high outdoors (30-35c), so i am using an AC in the small bedroom the tent stands in

i have been testing the power of the aircon and checking what temperature i can comfortably get the room to (not received light/tent yet to do real checks).

1) I am able to lower the temp to 24c during hottest time of the day with the AC on (lights off from 10.00-16.00 anyway). what temp do i want the room to be ideally? i.e. what temp do i want the air being pulled into the tent passively to be?

2) how many degrees (C) do you estimate the temp increase in the tent when running the TS3000 (with both drivers outside the tent)?

i use an aircon same scenario in the summer and if that's your temp in your room that will be great and ive had my room as low as 20c but i think 24c will be a good starting point

seems about the same. maybe 21c when sun goes down and 24c when the sun is up. thanks for your input.

It's straightforward. You just need to set the right temperature on the air conditioner. Besides, it is pretty easy to do this in a tent. Since we like to travel, we often take a portable air conditioner in a tent. Which in turn helps us to choose the right temperature. Last summer when we decided to sleep in the tent at our picnic because our air conditioner broke, we were sweltering and just couldn't sleep. Luckily I enlisted the help of air conditioning companies near me. Who fixed our air conditioner and now we can take it with us into the tent. And in the summer, do not be afraid that it will be scorching.
