To get a better idea of what happens in my cabinet I purchased a temperature and humidity data logger.
It was quite surprising to see the fluctuations and spikes in both temperature and humidity through out a 24 hour cycle. There would be spikes and dips for light operation, fan operation and after watering.
I found I am able to fine tune the ventilation to smooth things out.
I have no proof that it has improved anything in my cabinet but I feel better knowing that it just one more thing being done for a better grow.

Wow how much!

I bought the same sort of thing from a company called plgrowsystems for £35 which is ok in Europe and it's all online and has a LCD delivery they have called it the minder. I also have a discount code which is NW17 so makes it cheaper. They have some other bugs at in the pipeline as well so good company to support.

Sorry to jack your thread but thought I'd give another option designed for growing

The data logger cost around $150 AU. The price may be a little steep but compared to some of the crap I have purchased in the name of bigger fatter buds it is money well spent.

We are on the same page. It's all about knowing what is happening and being able to make informed decisions about what is needed in the garden.

Wow how did I miss this? Excactly what I was looking for a few weeks ago and I'm in Australia Also this is perfect.
Can you get multiple sensors with this? Would love to be able to put a few around the tent and outside it. I was also looking at just doing a diy one with a raspberry pi or similar.

The sensor is inbuilt. I picked it up because the old high low thermometer just didn't cut it anymore.
I think if you wanted something with multiple sensors you would be getting into expensive commercial stuff.
