Support stake needed?

Hi everyone. Does anyone one know if it's too late to put a stake in the pot of this plant? Will disrupt the roots given how late I'm in flowering? Thx

A small stick will not do much damage or just drive two larger stakes on either side outside of the pot and use plant ties to hold it up.
