Outdoor Super Soil

I need some answers..i got a Super Soil recipe from SubCool, but if i'm planting outdoors here is my question:

If I dig a hole 3ft down, how much of the hole should be super soil? I know i should put the SS in the bottom part of the hole and then my regular soil on top..any comments???

I believe he recommended 7 gallon pots as minimum size, so at least 7 gallons in the hole.

a lot of guys dig the whole big enough to drop a bale into...put some hole in the bottom and drop it in...cut the top of the bale bag off and plant...no need to empty the bag into the hole, just drop the whole thing in,,,
