Stunted Already?

This is my first plant of 3 to sprout in my 3x3 tent and it’s on day 10 since it popped up from soil. It was planted directly into the medium and it’s in a 3 gallon pot. Lights (4x3500k autocobs) are 30” above. Temp is 82-84F at 60-70% Rh.

I’ve seen some other plants on here that appear to be much more developed at this stage, so I was wondering if this looks stunted??

It's fine, a set of leaves a week for the first 2-3 weeks is grand
