Strange discoloration on leaves

Hello all,

I've noticed some strange white-ish discoloration on the leaves of one of my autoflowers. I'm a relatively new grower and have not seen anything like this before. Do you think it's some sort of pest problem, or is it just genetical?

I have 3 girls in a small grow tent, they are all 3 weeks old and only one of them has this problem, affecting just a couple of leaves. Everything else is fine. I've made sure to have plenty of airflow from the start of the grow to avoid mold and such.

I suspect it might be genetical, since this particular plant has had some other strange mutation to it's leaves (some have only 2 fingers), but since I've never seen this before, I'd like an expert opinion.

It's leaf variegation. Sometimes discoloration happens randomly due to mutations. At times it can be a virus like Tobacco Mosaic Virus but there's nothing that be done and variegation is harmless.
