Today is day 20 on my grow and there are some splotches on leaves that seem to be effecting more leaves then it was yesterday.

Temp is around 75 to 80F. Humidity is around 55%.

Using FFOF with some miracle grow raised bed organic soil mixed in. I have seem some likely nitrogen toxicity symptoms but they haven't seemed to be to bad with the curling.

I have not used any nutes at all so far. Just got PH pen and saw my tap water has PH of 8. I plan on getting stuff tomorrow to take care of PHing water in future.

Wasn't sure if maybe it's to much light? I raised lights just not an inch or two higher. Lights are around 18inches over canopy. I have a mars hydro sp3000 and 2 SF1000 lights.

Any thoughts or suggestions? The plant is mephisto toofless alien.

I don't unfortunately. I can get some tomorrow though when I get stuff to control PH. What do I do with the vinegar?

I had the same issue with FFOF, I found out it’s hot for the plants as it is. A few of my seedlings had to go because they got burned, of course not all. They’re striving now but I’m going to go with Pro Mix HPCC for my next run, here’s how they’re doing now with some at day 42 and some of them behind.

(You should check the PPMs on your run off to see if it’s really high. That’s what I did and determined it was hot)

I'd flush the soil with phd water between 6 and 7 ph

Going to wait a day or so then water again with water phed to 6. Don't want to overwater on top of things.

(taking notes)
Whats the process of lowering the ph with white vinegar?
You just put it into the water and stir, well I hope so because that's what I have been doing since I got started growing 3-4 weeks back :-)
I couldn't get the Canna PH down and the brand I got was some kinda super strong concentrated battery acid style stuff so I have been using Don Carlos Spanish white wine vinegar since day one.

Flushing ffof will do nothing, or it may make the issues worse. If the mix is too hot you have a couple Choices... 1 ride it out. 2 if it's early, transplant. Your not early enough... ppm will give you no info here. Ffof is too hot for autos. Gave up on FF about 3 yrs back.

PH is not a linear measurement. 2 is not 2x 1. PH is measured like earthquakes, it is on a bell curve.
8.0 Is so far out I wouldn't have started a run without that issue addressed.
I've seen runs make it thru with a pH of 7, but that is about it.

Propper pH is needed to get nutrition to the plant.
