Anybody splitting stems pre harvest?
What have your results been like?
(Versus non split stems).

Never dared doing that myself. Have seen examples of it on Youtube and the net, but if it really works...

It's a new one for me but I find if I supercrop late in flower they seem to explode and if you try it can you tag me plz

Sorry folks
This is new to me as well.
Thats why I'm asking.
Like St.Tom I remove as many leaves as possible.

I've split the stalk a few times on various strains...a couple of seasons back. Perhaps it made a difference, perhaps not. In my case, an exacto knife and MS makes it a more delicate operation so I don't do it anymore. Ain't missed any loss of anything.
Actually, to me, the method is another " lil sumpin" one might do to enhance a harvest that has ya cutting into the stalk that supports the buds you're trying to enhance. As far as I'm concerned , other methods are far more help and getting the buds to harvest in prime shape.

I'd like to believe that splitting the stock is kinna like splitting hairs.
Seems to me getting better and more pronounced terpenes is more important.
This is another case of growing clones and testing on subject 1 vs sister subject 2.
