IVE BEEN INVADED-seems to be spider mites. They probably entered my apartment through an open window - a small vest pocket park here in NYC is only a block away-through a standard mesh window screen. I found them scrunched into a misshapen bowl shaped leaf or rather some white dust that turned out (under an eyepiece) to be a myriad number of body casings from their molting from larvae to adult. Dust. They are really small. Microscopic even at full size. Caught them in the outer wall of Vegetation near the door. Sprayed with Neem II. Body casings blew away by spray. Larvae and adults could be found-dead. Though I got em.
:help:
That was 3 days ago. Thought I got em. I sprayed with Neem II and they seemingly disappeared. Last night I found a few small, slow moving specimens in the flower of a different plant. The flowering plants are getting close to finishing. Trichs are still clear but the leaves are beginning to yellow around the bottom so harvest will soon come. I have Neem II and Safer Brand EndALL Insect killer which has Pyrethrins and Neem Oil and declares itself to be for Organic Gardening but doesnt say anything about how long before it is safe to eat (smoke). The tent is filled with 7 plants-all in flower, close to harvest.
:crying:
DOES ANYONE KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT INSECT SPRAY AND IF i CAN SPRAY THEM ON A TENTFUL OF PLANTS IN THEIR FINAL STAGE OF DEVELOPMENT?

If you feel comfortable spraying more neem go for it. Late though it can mess up your smoke. How much longer do they have?

If i was you I would use this http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0019BK8AG...e=asn&creative=395093&creativeASIN=B0019BK8AG It is hard to kill them all by spraying, and with spraying you always have to rotate what you use the stuff that killed them the first time won't work the second time their offspring will be immune to what you killed them with last time. You don't have to spray this stuff just hang it up in your tent and in 3-4 days they will all be dead but leave it in there because you want it to kill their babies when the next batch of eggs hatch they are persistent bugger's and are hard to get under control but this works trust me.

After you spray neem, you will need to reapply the neem in three days to kill the eggs that hatched. I then spray every three to four days for a couple of weeks to make sure it's all clear. Need taste really nasty and shouldn't be sprayed on flowering plants.

I use alternating treatments with azamax and liquid lady bug also put some diaotamacious earth on the top of your soil and live lady bugs have helped me out recently I usually use a no pest strip like l3v3r suggested unless I'm later in flowering hope this helps

Yeah he said he was in the final stages of flowering thats why I didn't recommend spraying them with anything mold can be an issue in flowering and I do not recommend spraying them. Neem seems to work in veg if they are not to infested. The no pest strips work fast without the headache if you got them all. I know some awesome growers that swear by them and never have any type of pest problem.
