Hi I'm new to this website I was wondering how many Autoflower Lowryders can I grow in a 5 foot tall 2 feet wide and 4 feet long tent? I have 450 watt led and since there is little to no heat I might add another 450 watt or will that be too much?

8 sq ft I would do about 6 plants. It depends what size pots you're using though. I use 10L airpots, I can get 4 in a 2x2 tent. But I try to keep 2 at a time germinating 2 seeds every 30-40 days.
Also, is 450watts the actual draw from the plug?
I've read 25w-50w per sq ft is a good amount of light for plants. If it's actual draw you will be well over 50w.
Now I don't know the quality of your light, but I would imagine your draw will be around 200/220w if the light is rated at 450. Just going off what majority of 450w lights seem to draw
Your probably at the bottom end of required light. But there's other things to take into consideration, the spread of your light, you will need quite a large light to cover 8sq ft.
I would say go for the extra one. It won't do any damage, just to your electric bill lol
